We are looking for an experienced Sales/Business development professional to join our team at Reed Tech. Reporting into the Director of Sales, Life Sciences, you will work closely with Product Management, Marketing, and other stakeholder teams to help Reed Tech Life Sciences achieve success and growth with regulatory compliance and related analytical-focused SaaS solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with key senior-level decision makers and influencers at an assigned group of customer accounts that may include major strategic customers within a geographic or industry focus
  • Achieve revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account and renewing existing customer agreements
  • Identify, develop and typically close cross-sell and up-sell sales opportunities
  • Create demand for the organization's products and services by raising product profile with customers
  • Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management to understand their needs and link them to the organization's product/service strategies
  • Ensure customers successfully complete onboarding and training processes
  • Identify at-risk accounts and create tailored solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent business to business experience
  • Minimum 1-2 years in B2B outbound or account management sales environment
  • Proven record of sales success
  • Self-driven and results oriented
  • Experience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)
  • Collaborative mindset
